If something is wrong, we want to know what it is and how the evidence supports a correction.

Assess the evidence
We assess the substance of the request rather than the status of the person making it. Disagreement with a conclusion is not itself evidence of an error; documentary support and missing context are relevant.
Correct transparently
Material corrections should identify the change and its date. We distinguish an error correction from an update reporting a later development. Corrected content needs a renewed review.

You can also raise privacy, attribution, accessibility or right-of-reply concerns through the same form. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information.
